Down Time represents delays or stoppages in your plant/factory.
Target Production Rate is normally set by planning considering many factors.
Represents the availability of your plant/factory for production. It is a percentage derived from dividing Plant Available/Up Time by Calendar Time. Plant Available/Up Time is in turn derived from Calendar Time minus Down Time.
A percentage that represent the output of your plant/factory. It is derived from dividing Production Output Tonnages by Target Tonnages. Target Tonnages are derived from Available/Up Time multiplied by Target Production Rate.
Management and planning of Production Shift. Factory or plant personnel are normally grouped into Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.
